I’ve been wanting to try Insomnia Cookies for a while, so I was excited to finally visit this location. I arrived around 11:00 PM, well before the posted 1:00 AM closing time. As I was pulling into the parking lot, an employee turned off the lights and locked the doors right in front of me. I even included a photo showing the store was already closed despite the posted hours. It was incredibly disappointing to make the trip only to find the store closing two hours early. After this experience, I can understand why this location has a rating below 4 stars. If your posted hours say you’re open until 1:00 AM, customers should be able to rely on that. Hopefully management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have the same experience.

The cookies are delicious and soft. A nice lady behind the counter showed amazing customer service, at the Arlington location by the freeway. If you download the app you get a free cookie for your first time being there. Do yourself a favor and go.

I hope this message gets to the right person who will truly act on the reviews and comments and emails you receive. My family and I really enjoy your product but delivery and customer service at the Grand Prairie location really needs to be reviewed. Tonight my ordered totalled $70, which was supposed to be 3 boxes. I only got one small box which contained 2 brownies. I called the store and the "mgr" stated she will get a hold of the driver and get my correct order out to me. An hour later, I had to call back and delivery person finally showed up. This is not a one time incident. Previously, I've gotten incorrect items, missing items and it's simply not okay. This is the final time we will be dealing with this. This is how places close because of the bad service. Hopefully, something will change. Unfortunately, you've lost a regular weekly customer.

The deluxe cookies were quite good. The basic cookies were not worth the calories in my opinion. In all I thought it was ok but doubt id go back. Honestly nothing about this place, except that it’s open late, stood out. I know it’s all over TikTok and people shout about this and the other thing but I wasn’t really super impressed.

We were greeted by a clean and welcoming insomnia store! 🍪 our cookies were warmed up and brought to us swiftly! One thing I really appreciate is that they utilize a different spatula and packaging when a gluten free item is ordered. Thank you!
